Not just shrimp

This is my go-to spice mixture for salmon. I use it as a rub and as pan seasoning. It is especially delicious on salmon used to top a salad. I make a butternut squash and cranberry salad with mixed greens and top it with the seasoned salmon. Always a hit.

Spice perfection!

So perfect on Halibut. Seems to seal the fish so that it has big flavour !Actually great on salmon too but Halibut....oh my!!!

Chocolatey Deliciousness

I've had The Spice Age gourmet hot chocolate, Wake Me Up Before You CoCoa, in my pantry for awhile but hadn't tried it. Today, a cold drizzly day in March, seemed like the perfect time. It is really delicious and not too sweet. The dark chocolate chunks melt and provide a creamy decadent texture. One of my favourite Spice Age products!
