Ingredients
- 4–5 sausages (Italian, breakfast, or whatever you’ve got), sliced
- 3 cups parboiled potatoes* or frozen hash browns
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2–3 tbsp The Secret Ingredient Seasoning – The Spice Age (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1–1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your favourite blend)
*Parboiled = boiled just until tender, then cooled.
Preparation
Sizzle
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté chopped onion and bell pepper until soft. Add parboiled potatoes or frozen hash browns and cook until golden brown and crispy.
