Packed with veggies, cheese, and eggs, and seasoned with Roasted Garlic Salt Seasoning – The Spice Age, they’re bite-sized savoury perfection.

 

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or feta)
  • ¼ cup cooked chopped vegetables (like spinach, onion, or bell pepper)
  • ¼ tsp Roasted Garlic Salt Seasoning – The Spice Age (adjust to taste)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped cooked bacon or ham
  • Pre-made mini tart shells or homemade shortcrust pastry cut to fit a mini muffin tin

 

Preparation

Mix

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk or cream, Roasted Garlic Salt Seasoning – The Spice Age, and a dash of black pepper.
  2. Fold in cheese, vegetables, and any optional add-ins like bacon or ham.

 

Assemble

  1. Place tart shells in a mini muffin pan. Fill each with the egg mixture until almost full (leave a little room for puffing).

 

Bake

  1. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes or until golden, set, and deliciously fluffy.

 

Garnish

  1. Top with a final sprinkle of Roasted Garlic Salt Seasoning – The Spice Age while still warm for a burst of garlicky flavour.
