Mediterranean Sea Salt Salmon

Craving something Mediterranean, flaky, and totally flavourful? 🐟 This Mediterranean Sea Salt Salmon is your new go-to for a quick, healthy dinner. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned to perfection with The Spice Age’s Mediterranean Sea Salt blend.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 170 g each)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 to 3 tsp Mediterranean Sea Salt Seasoning - The Spice Age (adjust to taste)
  • ½ lemon, sliced into wedges
  • Salt & pepper, to taste (optional — it’s already loaded with flavour)

Optional: a drizzle of Dijon mustard or a dollop of Greek yogurt

Toppings: chopped parsley, lemon zest, flaky sea salt (if you’re feeling fancy)

 

Preparation

Salmon

  1. Rub with olive oil and generously season with Mediterranean Sea Salt Seasoning - The Spice Age.
  2. In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 4–5 minutes until golden and crisp. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes, or until just cooked through.

 

Garnish

  1. Plate your salmon, top with lemon zest, herbs, and a wedge of lemon for that bright finish.

 

Serve

  1. Serve with crunchy cucumbers for a Mediterranean-inspired meal that’s light, healthy, and seriously tasty.
