Pineapple Chutney Jam (easy 5-minute version or use store-bought)

  • ¼ cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • Dash of chili flakes
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

Grilled Cheese

  1. Spread butter on the outside of each brioche slice, then sprinkle with the maple syrup and Maple Chipotle Seasoning - The Spice AgeĀ mix for a caramelized crust.
  2. On the inside, layer sharp cheddar and a pinch more of the seasoning blend.
  3. Cook in a skillet over low heat until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is perfectly melted.
