Dill Pickle Hummus

Craving something creamy, zesty and totally addictive? 🥒 This Dill Pickle Party Hummus is the ultimate dip for pickle lovers tangy, bold, and made in minutes. Perfect with naan or veggies!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 can (540 ml) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 to 3 tbsp olive oil + extra to drizzle
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Party Seasoning - The Spice Age (adjust to taste)
  • 1–2 tbsp water (for texture)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: a splash of pickle juice (only if you want an extra tangy kick)
  • Toppings: sliced pickles, dried dill, drizzle of olive oil
  • To serve: warm naan, pita, or veggie sticks

 

Preparation

Hummus

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, Dill Pickle Party Seasoning - The Spice Age, a pinch of salt, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water or a splash of pickle juice if you want it thinner or extra tangy.

 

Garnish

  1. Transfer to a bowl, top with sliced pickles, dried dill and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Serve with naan, pita or crunchy veggies.
