Crispy Tofu Seasoned With Ketchup

Ingredients

Crispy tofu

 

Dipping sauce

 

Preparation

Tofu

  1. Drain the tofu using a clean kitchen towel to remove excess water, then cut into small even cubes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the cubes with cornstarch and 2 to 3 tablespoons of Let’s Ketchup Popcorn Seasoning – The Spice Age until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

 

Dip (Optional)

  1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Let’s Ketchup Popcorn Seasoning – The Spice Age to make a creamy, flavourful dip.
