- 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 to 2 tbsp Cheeky Tzatziki Seasoning – The Spice Age (adjust to taste)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Cheeky Tzatziki Dip
- 1 cup Greek or regular yogurt
- 1 to 2 tbsp Cheeky Tzatziki Seasoning – The Spice Age
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: ½ cup grated cucumber (for extra freshness)
Preparation
Shrimp Skewers
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, Cheeky Tzatziki Seasoning – The Spice Age, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15–20 minutes.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink, juicy, and slightly charred.
